what's involved?
hourly coaching sessions

I typically provide hourly, pay-as-you-go sessions. These are focused around the five ways of wellbeing, enabling you you to explore the areas of your health and wellbeing that contribute to your relationships, career, finances, mindset and emotions. My wellbeing coaching is designed to provide you with insight, guide you in your direction and encourage you to take the steps toward positive change in your life.

a 60 minute session taking an holistic approach to wellbeing, scheduled to work for you.

tools and worksheets designed by me to compliment the session and support your positive wellbeing.

there is no expectation that you will schedule further sessions – what you do after the 60 minutes is up to you!

personal coaching programme

Many clients prefer to work with me over several sessions. For this reason, I offer a discount for blocks of 6 sessions, where I am able to create a tailored wellbeing programme. Within the programme, we will explore all areas of your wellbeing and identify any barriers that have held you back, making progress toward a wellbeing plan that you can continue beyond the programme.

a no-obligation virtual consultation (up to 45 minutes) will help you make an informed decision about coaching and the right coach for you.
