I typically provide hourly, pay-as-you-go sessions. These are focused around the five ways of wellbeing, enabling you you to explore the areas of your health and wellbeing that contribute to your relationships, career, finances, mindset and emotions. My wellbeing coaching is designed to provide you with insight, guide you in your direction and encourage you to take the steps toward positive change in your life.
a 60 minute session taking an holistic approach to wellbeing, scheduled to work for you.
tools and worksheets designed by me to compliment the session and support your positive wellbeing.
there is no expectation that you will schedule further sessions – what you do after the 60 minutes is up to you!
